Covenant Summary

  • Each lot in the development shall be a single-family residential lot.
  • Dwelling units shall have a minimum of 2,000 square feet of floor area and hangers shall have a minimum of 1,600 square feet of hanger area. It is not required that a hangar be constructed as long as the dwelling unit is placed on the lot in a location that allows a hangar to be constructed in the future. This allows for residents interested in the equestrian and outdoor activities to enjoy the many activities at Timberhouse even if not interested in flying.
  • A no-build easement exists for 200 feet on each side of the runway centerline to ensure safe operation of aircraft.
  • Annual dues are $300 for maintenance of the common areas and facilities.
  • Requirements and restrictions concerning off-street parking, fencing, accessory buildings, etc. exist to ensure an aesthetically pleasing community.
