COVENANT SUMMARY

The following highlights some of the covenant topics that are intended to ensure harmony among residents and a pleasing appearance to the community as a whole.

• Each lot in the development shall be a single-family residential lot.
• Dwelling units shall have a minimum of 2,000 square feet of floor area and hangers shall have a minimum of 1,600 square feet of hanger area.
• A no-build easement exists for 200 feet on each side of the runway centerline to ensure safe operation of aircraft.
• Annual dues are $300 for maintenance of the common areas and facilities.
• Requirements and restrictions concerning off-street parking, fencing, accessory buildings, etc. exist to ensure an aesthetically pleasing community.
